Let’s talk Numbers – In 5 years of operation Momo Mami has sold Momo’s worth Rs 3.60 Crore

They Launched there QSR in the 4th Year of their operation and that year they Did 74 Lakhs

Ask – 50 Lakhs for 5% Equity at a Valuation of Rs 10 Crore

Food was presented to the Sharks and overall feedback was very good with a lip smacking expression from Aman

After the talks the offers from Sharks Started

With Ashneer leading it with 50 Lakhs for 7% Against the original ask

Vineeta offer was 50 Lakh for 20%

Post this Aman Joined in and Ashneer and Amar gave a joint offer 50 Lakhs for 12% Equity

And then the counter offer from founder’s 50 Lakhs at 10%

This counter offer was declined by Sharks and the final offer was made for 16% Equity at 75 Lakhs
